Job Summary The Head of Operations will lead and oversee all operational activities across India for ELV projects This role involves managing large teams coordinating with clients and ensuring the seamless execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and profitability Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 100 personnel across multiple locations in India Oversee the execution of ELV projects including security systems access control CCTV fire alarms and related technologies Handle 100 clients maintaining robust client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Supervise and coordinate the engineering team 1520 engineers to ensure timely project delivery Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to improve efficiency and project outcomes Monitor project budgets schedules and resources to achieve operational targets Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project management Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales procurement and finance to ensure smooth operations Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status client satisfaction and team performance Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering Electronics or a related field MBA preferred 15 years of experience in operations management preferably in ELV construction or infrastructure projects Proven experience in handling large teams and managing multi-location operations Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills Excellent problem-solving leadership and decision-making abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 19 739 97 - 91 013 27 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
