Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Liaisoning Consultant to manage and facilitate the process of obtaining statutory licenses for our manufacturing clients The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and a proven track record of successfully coordinating with various government departments You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary licenses and approvals are secured in a timely and effective manner Key Responsibilities End-to-End License Management Manage the entire lifecycle of obtaining statutory licenses from application preparation to final approval for manufacturing units Government Department Coordination Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with various government bodies including Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board TNPCB for Consent to Establish CTE and Consent to Operate CTO Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health DISH for Factory Licenses and building plan approvals Fire and Rescue Services Department for obtaining Fire No-Objection Certificates NOC Other relevant local and state government authorities Documentation and Application Prepare review and submit all required documentation for license applications ensuring 100 accuracy and compliance with current regulations Follow-up and Reporting Proactively follow up on submitted applications attend meetings with officials resolve queries and provide regular status updates to management and clients Regulatory Guidance Advise clients on compliance requirements and keep abreast of any changes in industrial environmental or safety laws and regulations Required Qualifications and Skills Experience A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a liaisoning role specifically dealing with government bodies for industrial and manufacturing licenses License Knowledge Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the processes for obtaining CTE CTO Factory Licenses and Fire NOCs Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil Interpersonal Skills Strong negotiation networking and relationship-building skills are essential for effective government liaison Problem-Solving Ability to anticipate and resolve procedural hurdles and documentation issues efficiently Added Advantage Practical knowledge and experience with the Bureau of Indian Standards BIS certification process will be highly regarded Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 878 75 - 51 561 32 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
