Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to hospital performance patient flow occupancy revenue billing procurement and staff allocation Collect consolidate and analyze data from various departments OPD IPD Laboratory Pharmacy Radiology etc Monitor and generate reports on KPIs such as bed occupancy rate average length of stay ALOS discharge admission trends etc Support the implementation and upkeep of Hospital Information Systems HIS EMR or other MIS tools Ensure the accuracy security and confidentiality of all hospital data and records Coordinate with IT teams and software vendors for system upgrades user training and troubleshooting Automate reporting processes wherever possible using tools such as Excel SQL Power BI or other BI tools Assist in audits compliance reporting and statutory data submissions to regulatory bodies NABH NABL etc Collaborate with finance HR and clinical departments to align data reporting needs Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science IT Hospital Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience in MIS roles preferably within a hospital or healthcare setup Solid knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros SQL and data visualization tools Power BI Tableau Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems e g MedMantra eHospital Medixcel etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of hospital operational metrics and workflows Excellent communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Diploma Certification in Healthcare IT or Health Informatics Experience with cloud-based reporting tools Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks NABH HIPAA etc Interested Candidate Share CV hr tncorp2 maxivision in Job Type Full time Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
