We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for all four modules of the IELTS exam Listening Reading Writing and Speaking and helping them achieve their desired band scores through engaging and structured lessons Key Responsibilities Conduct IELTS training sessions online offline for individuals or groups Prepare customized lesson plans and materials based on students skill levels and needs Provide regular feedback and performance reports to students Conduct mock tests and assess students progress Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and changes Maintain student attendance and progress records Use a variety of instructional techniques to engage students effectively Guide students on exam registration and preparation strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in English Education or a related field Minimum X years of experience in IELTS training or English language instruction Excellent command over English both verbal and written Certified IELTS trainer British Council IDP TESOL CELTA - preferred Familiarity with the latest IELTS formats and scoring systems Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms if applicable Preferred Qualifications Experience with academic counselling or test preparation for other exams e g TOEFL PTE is a plus Multilingual skills are an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
