1 Manager will be responsible for collection of soft and or hard bucket accounts under delinquency as allocated by the reporting authority 2 Each collection officer will achieve minimum collection of 10 times their CTC on monthly basis though the actual targets may differ depending on actual condition of overdues 3 Manager will pursue the borrowers through telephonic calls WhatsApp or other social media platforms and personal visit 4 Manager will pursue the borrowers in hard bucket through compromises negotiated settlement as per prior approval of management only 5 Mangers officers will provide all help to recovery department with regard to service of court summons delivery of court orders Arbitration awards and Arbitration notices etc as may be required from time to time and instructed by the company officials 6 Manager are to prepare visit reports invariably for all the borrowers visited with their remarks and recovery promised date of recovery 7 To report all such visits along with photos in the HO recovery group as and when visit is completed as and when called 8 To attend the meetings about recovery of their allotted accounts with the recovery head and other executive of the company 9 To ensure that borrowers are visited according to their locations to maximize the visits on a particular day and maximize recovery 10 To collect information about absconding borrowers from the resident of the nearby area relatives etc and to make efforts to locate such borrowers to effect recovery 11 To do recovery only as per RBI guidelines and company policy 12 To deposited cash collection within defined time frame in company s bank account 13 To issue receipt for all collections done and inform to the company officials Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
