Duties and Responsibilities 1 Responsible for site supervision execution and documentation of Civil finishing works To check the work at site as per the work order stipulation 2 Study refer and implement GFC Architectural RCC MEP interior design drawings for Civil finishing works 3 Coordinate contractor finishing work agencies for smooth execution of work 4 Prepare weekly monthly daily reports pour card MOM checklists progress documents and monitor progress by regular updating reporting 5 Maintain records of goods received and consumed Receive material at site check challan as per the PO Issue materials to the contactors and keep record in registers 6 Taking QC QA Field and lab test of materials finishing work and concrete and maintaining test records 7 Prepare BBS for reinforcement steel 8 Take measurement of the work done as per the mode of measurement and IS codes and check contractor s bills material invoices Educational Qualification - DCE B E Civil Required Computer Skills AutoCAD MS-Office Word Excel Power point MS project Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
