Theatrica is seeking a professional and experienced Theatre Director to lead the annual day production for GK Gurukul in Pimple Saudagar Pune This is a two-month contract position ideal for a dedicated director passionate about working with young talent Role Overview The selected Theatre Director will be responsible for all creative and logistical aspects of the annual day stage production This includes Training Development Conducting regular workshops to train a diverse group of students in fundamental acting techniques and stage presence Direction Interpreting and directing the already-prepared script with a unique and engaging vision ensuring a high-quality final performance Production Management Effectively managing the entire production process including coordinating with the school team on set design costumes music and overall stage management Team Leadership Inspiring and inspiring students and staff throughout the rehearsal process Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Theatre Director preferably with professional training or a degree in Drama Theatre Arts Essential experience working with children students school annual days theatre workshops youth groups etc Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills Ability to work effectively under a two-month deadline and manage multiple creative and logistical tasks simultaneously Based in or willing to commute to Pimple Saudagar Pune Duration This is a two-month contract position culminating in the final Annual Day performance Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 2 months Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location On the road Application Deadline 15 07 2025
