As a Cashier he will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions within the school including fee collection issuing receipts maintaining accurate records and supporting the administrative team with financial documentation As a Store Keeper he will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school s inventory of supplies equipment and materials This role ensures that all items required for academic and administrative functions are available properly stored and accounted for The Store Keeper plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the school by coordinating with various departments maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely procurement and distribution of resources Key Responsibilities As a Cashier Collect school fees and other payments from students and parents Issue receipts and maintain proper records of all transactions Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile accounts Deposit collected funds into the school s bank account Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for school management Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all financial dealings Support the administrative office with clerical tasks as needed As a Store Keeper Receive inspect and record incoming supplies and materials Maintain organized storage of items and ensure proper labeling Issue supplies to staff and departments as per requisitions Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests when needed Keep detailed records of inventory movement and usage Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries Qualifications Minimum qualification graduate in commerce Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures Proficiency in using computers and accounting software Positive communication and interpersonal skills Honest reliable and detail-oriented Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
