Job Title Legal Head - GM VP Location Bhopal Reporting To CEO Job Summary The Legal Head will be responsible for overseeing all legal compliance and regulatory matters of the organization This role requires deep expertise in litigation across multiple forums strong leadership in handling external legal counsel and the ability to provide strategic legal guidance to the management Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all litigation matters including NCLT Arbitration Consumer Cases Criminal Complaints Civil Recovery suits Injunctions Declarations Damages Commercial Suits Partition Execution Eviction suits and related proceedings Represent the company before courts tribunals and statutory authorities or manage and coordinate with external legal counsel Draft review and finalize pleadings contracts legal notices and responses Advise management and business teams on potential legal risks and mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements Handle due diligence legal documentation and contract management for various business transactions Develop internal policies to minimize legal risks and safeguard company s interests Provide timely updates to CEO and Board on critical litigation matters and potential business impact Lead and mentor the in-house legal team Desired Candidate Profile Qualification LLB LLM from a reputed institute Experience 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in handling complex litigation and corporate legal matters Proven expertise in NCLT Arbitration and diverse litigation areas as listed above Robust negotiation drafting and advocacy skills Ability to work closely with senior leadership and provide business-oriented legal solutions Excellent communication analytical and decision-making skills
