Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our interior design firm As a Telecaller you will be the first point of contact for potential clients Your role will involve reaching out to leads understanding their requirements and scheduling appointments for our design team Key Responsibilities Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads list Explain our interior design services and offerings clearly and persuasively Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to the sales design team Schedule appointments or site visits for interior design consultations Maintain a record of all calls leads and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel Sheets Follow up on previous calls to build client relationships and close leads Handle basic queries or direct them to the appropriate team member Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Language s e g English Hindi Valuable telephone etiquette and listening skills Basic understanding of customer service principles Ability to work in a target-driven environment Confident polite and patient personality Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Telecalling 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
