Required Qualifications Medical Degree MBBS Postgraduate Degree MS DNB in General Surgery Specialized training or experience in Laparoscopic Surgery certificate diploma preferred Valid Medical Council registration State MCI Minimum 1 - 5 years of independent surgical practice preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Strong decision-making and diagnostic abilities Familiar with NABH standards and hospital protocols Effective communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergencies Perform laparoscopic surgeries including cholecystectomy appendectomy hernia repairs and other gastrointestinal procedures Evaluate diagnose and treat patients in OPD and IPD settings Maintain preoperative and postoperative care protocols and documentation Work in collaboration with anesthetists radiologists and nursing staff Participate in surgical audits clinical case discussions and quality improvement activities Maintain high standards of surgical ethics patient confidentiality and safety Provide guidance and mentoring to junior doctors or surgical trainees if applicable Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
