Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Team Lead to manage and guide our development team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python Flutter Node js Next js UI UX and software testing along with solid project management and leadership skills You will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution maintaining code quality mentoring developers and coordinating across teams Key Responsibilities Lead the software development team including frontend backend UI UX and QA professionals Oversee project planning execution delivery and support Ensure adherence to coding standards UI UX best practices and testing protocols Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-quality scalable applications using Frontend Flutter Next js Backend Python Node js Review code debug critical issues and optimize performance Coordinate with project managers and clients to gather requirements and update progress Ensure effective team collaboration and continuous skill improvement Conduct regular team meetings reviews and performance feedback Manage project timelines delegate tasks and monitor execution Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field Proven experience in software development and at least 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role Strong knowledge of Flutter and UI UX principles Python for backend development Node js and Next js Software testing manual and automated Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills Ability to guide and mentor junior developers and interns Experience using version control Git agile methodologies and project tracking tools Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute relocate Calicut Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
