Job description We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager Engineer to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and maintaining safety standards on-site Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget Technical Support Provide technical advice and support to construction teams addressing issues as they arise Quality Assurance Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations Site Management Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution Documentation Maintain accurate records of site activities including progress reports site inspections and safety audits Problem Solving Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions Health Safety Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 5 to 15 years of experience preferably in high-rise building projects Solid understanding of construction processes materials and techniques Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards Location- Trivandrum Call HR Manager-(phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
