Job Title Accounts Manager Location Sambalpur Odisha Department Finance Accounts Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our accounting department The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements managing the accounting team and supporting financial planning and analysis Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including Accounts payable receivable General ledger Bank reconciliations Cost accounting Inventory accounting Revenue recognition Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Monitor and enforce internal controls Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations GST TDS Income Tax etc Manage cash flow budgeting and forecasting Assist in strategic financial planning and decision making Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA CMA or CPA preferred optional based on level 3 years of accounting or finance experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role Robust knowledge of accounting standards Indian GAAP IFRS Proficiency in accounting software Tally Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
