Job description Design and implement electrical and plumbing system Responsible for completing daily weekly and monthly reports based on project requirements Prepare BOQ MR PR Analyzing the data Execution of MEP project as per specification including manpower management and supervision on day-to-day basis Checking Internal External Electrical Plumbing and Ventilation works as per drawing Checking MEP activities installation testing and commissioning work as per approved drawing Checking all internal and external electrical and plumbing works as per approved drawings Investigate as per site problems and recommend solutions Documentation Coordination with Architect Designer s Manage Manpower vendors Requirement B tech graduate with sound communication skills Must be from real estate or construction background Remaining profiles will not be considered 8-10 years of proven experience in Electrical and Plumbing work in residential construction Should have excellent command in Auto cad and related softwares Should be based in Delhi NCR Should have his own vehicle for commuting to sites Must be available to join in a months time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 840 000 00 per year Work Location In person
