Job Function Quality Assurance The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all skincare products manufactured by the company meet regulatory safety and quality standards They will work closely with the manufacturing research and development and quality control teams to ensure that products are manufactured according to established procedures and specifications Suitable candidates with 1-3 Years of experience in Quality Assurance functions preferable from the fields of cosmetics or pharma manufacturing shall apply Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements Conduct internal audits and document findings to identify and address quality issues Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure that all products are manufactured according to specifications Ensure that all documentation including batch records and labelling is accurate and up to date Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality Ensure that all employees are trained on quality control systems and procedures Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency To manage and handle various product and quality certification requirements and make sure they comply as per the stand definations To face and lead QMS and Product certication audits Basic skill sets for candidates Strong understanding of skincare product manufacturing processes and quality control methods Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards such as FDA regulations GMP and ISO Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with quality control processes tools and techniques Training skill to train the manpower to improve their awarness about product quality and to improve their workmanship Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Location Palghar Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
