JOB DESCRIPTION 4baseCare is a Precision Oncology Solutions provider that uses Advanced Genomics and Next-gen digital health technology to deliver cutting-edge cancer treatment We offer a unique set of indigenous comprehensive cancer gene panels that enable oncologists to choose the best precision therapies for their patients and our genomic testing portfolio helps personalize patient care in Oncology Our company backed by Illumina is headquartered in Singapore and part of the Illumina Accelerator 10th Cycle Role Description This is a full-time Patient Care Companion role based in Bengaluru The Patient Care Companion will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a patient s clinical care from the time of diagnosis through to treatment Key responsibilities include gathering patient information coordinating patient appointments and engaging them on OncoBuddy App The Patient Care Companion will work closely with the clinical team and management to ensure patients receive timely care in a compassionate and supportive manner Qualifications 1 Bachelor s degree in healthcare or related field 2 0-1 year of experience in patient care coordination 3 Strong coordination and organizational skills 4 Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 5 Working knowledge of medical terminology 6 Familiarity with Electronic Health Record EHR systems 7 Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize tasks efficiently 8 Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care 9 Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment 10 Engaging with the patient for 1 year Requirements 1 Must have a 0-1 year experience in healthcare or client facing industry 2 For this position English Hindi is must 3 Must be from Bangalore or ready to relocate to Bangalore as this is a work from office job Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
