Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern

Job Summary :We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The candidate will receive hands-on training in end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate eligibility and interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and follow recruitment best practices and company hiring policies.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/HR graduates are preferred but not mandatory).
