Branch Relationship Management profile involving acquiring, growing and deepening HNI customer relationships through effective relationship management.
Instrumental in augmenting sales target of casa per month
Steered end-to-end process of customer transactions and managing the issues
To prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals through marketing activities To handle team and to take appropriate action to resolve them.

Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned hub and ensuring retention of employees.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and engaging members to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure adherence to all processes, compliance & policies
