1. Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper handling of materials. The role includes stock management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain stock records (inward & outward)
- Handle material receipt, inspection, and storage
- Issue materials as per requirement and maintain records
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock availability
- Perform regular stock verification / audits
- Maintain GRN, delivery challans, and store documentation
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams




- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

3. Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

- Inventory management & stock handling
- Knowledge of MS Excel / basic ERP systems
- Documentation and record keeping

4. Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma (any stream preferred)

5. Experience

- 13 years in store / warehouse / inventory handling

6. Preferred Profile

- Experience in industrial / manufacturing store
- Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems
