results-oriented individual to join our growing sales team as a Sales Developer. In this role, you
will play a key part in expanding our reach across various sales channels, including ecommerce
platforms, Indiamart leads, and industrial partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned sales territories using their expertise.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual targets.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and relationship
building.
Develop and nurture relationships with industrial clients, identifying their needs and
presenting customized stationery solutions.
Liaise with the production team to ensure timely order fulfilment and address any customer
concerns related to production or dispatch.
Prepare accurate quotations,
proposals, and sales contracts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify new
business opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications.
Minimum of 1-2years of experience in sales, preferably in the stationery industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive setting.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
