Drools is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager – International Markets (Exports) to manage the social media presence of our export brands across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms across international markets, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant regional platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging, localized content in collaboration with internal creative teams and country partners.
- Coordinate with importers and distributors across international markets.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
- Monitor community engagement and coordinate timely responses to customer queries.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all international social media channels.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
- Experience handling multiple international markets is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across different time zones.
