About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Professional to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, compliance, audits, taxation, and financial reporting, with a sound understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of Ind AS and accounting principles
- Experience in handling Statutory Audits and Audit Coordination
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliances
- Hands-on experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Month-End and Year-End Closures
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Accounting
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting/ERP Software

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and statutory regulations
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and review MIS reports for management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements and financial controls
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline finance processes
