- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement comprehensive training initiatives.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages engagement and participation.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
