We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in an international setting.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough quality checks on customer interactions to ensure high standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills.
- Identify and escalate issues or concerns to senior management as needed.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong knowledge of quality principles and practices, with experience in implementing them.
- Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
