Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor structural fabrication and site activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure structural fabrication is carried out accurately as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of site activities.
- Manage project execution and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain daily work reports and communicate project updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Structural Engineering and Steel Fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication and structural drawings.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply.
