- Manage morning call and evening call discussions with the sales team to discuss top-priority meetings and units.

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify high and low performing zones, and review team spends to identify patterns for improvement.

- Monitor incentives and special rewards for top performers, and connect with the team to review zone-specific updates and concerns.

- Plan for the next incentive cycle to maintain momentum and conduct one-on-one meetings with key team members to address challenges.

- Dedicate time to regional strategy refinement, ensuring alignment with team plans, and prepare materials for the monthly meet.

- Review and finalize materials for the HO meet, including cashback summary and BR PPTs.

- Identify potential rewardees for exceeding performance expectations and share the list with the team.

- Close units for audits and share the list with the team.





- Perform kit and wallet reconciliation for cash daily and weekly for every month.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of sales operations, management, and analysis.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with mystery shopping and auditing is an added advantage.
