Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera, MSP, MS Project software.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress against scheduled milestones and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status reports to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in construction planning or a related field (civil engineering background preferred).
- Robust understanding of project control principles and methodologies (e.g., EPC contracts).
- Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates for projects based on design documents or specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification.
