Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare detailed project reports including status updates, budgets, and schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.

- Solid understanding of building construction processes (high rise buildings), Mivan technology, real estate construction methods.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
