Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance on various equipment such as AC units, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, gearboxes, pumps, and utility systems.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using knowledge of control circuits and instrumentation.

- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any defects or malfunctions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in fitness/fitting technician role or related field (mechanical maintenance).

- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.

- Proficiency in performing breakdown maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks.

- Ability to read blueprints and understand control circuits/instrumentation.
