We're looking for a senior backend engineer to design, build, and scale systems powering customer acquisition, activation, and monetization across B2C and B2B. You'll own architecture and execution for critical services, build APIs enabling rapid experimentation, and drive performance through smart caching, data modeling, and async processing.

Must-haves: 6–8 years of backend engineering experience with strong hands-on skills in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (NestJS/Express). Solid grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design. Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB), Redis/Memcached, and event-driven architecture. Proven end-to-end ownership from design to production, with robust observability and incident management practices.

Good to have: Kafka or messaging systems (Pub/Sub, SQS), feature flags, A/B testing frameworks, and cross-team technical leadership experience.

You'll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams, and continuously raise the engineering bar across the Growth org.
