Role: Bilingual PMO (Japanese SAP S/4HANA Rollout)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid 2 days/week from office)

Shift: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM IST (flexibility required)

Mandatory Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Implementation/Rollout

Key Responsibilities

- Support PMO activities for SAP S/4HANA rollout projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and governance.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, Excel trackers, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Facilitate meetings, capture MOMs, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Communicate fluently with Japanese stakeholders and provide translation/interpretation support.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, asset allocation, SLA renewals, invoice submissions, and travel coordination.
- Collaborate with Admin, HR, IT Infrastructure, and business teams for project execution.
- Support PMO Lead in project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.




- Be open to travel and flexible working hours based on project needs.

Required Experience

- 510 years of experience with at least 5 years as a PMO.
- Overall 8+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation/rollout projects.
- Experience working with Japan-region projects.
- Knowledge of one or more SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, Procurement, MDG, or Costing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- JLPT N2 certification and Project Management certification are mandatory.

Positive to Have

- Experience with Jira and Remedy.
- Exposure to project governance, PMO best practices, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in semiconductor industry projects is an added advantage.
