- Supervise daily atta production and ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor the packing processes and Load .
- Ensure product quality and consistency as per specifications.
- Manage and allocate manpower across production activities.
- Monitor machine operator team and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with prior experience as supervisors in any manufacturing industry. Freshers are requested not to apply.
