Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Project Finance professional with extensive experience in Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Debt Syndication, and Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, an established banking network, and a proven ability to source and execute large-value funding transactions.

The Partner will work closely with the Top management team to strengthen client relationships, expand business opportunities, lead strategic transactions, and mentor the Project Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Drive business growth by acquiring recent Project Finance and Debt Syndication mandates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, promoters, financial consultants, and industry associations.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's expansion strategy.

Client Relationship Management

- Develop trusted relationships with corporate clients and promoters.
- Understand client funding requirements and provide suitable financing solutions.
- Ensure exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Banking & Financial Institution Relations

- Build and strengthen relationships with Public Sector Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.
- Lead discussions and negotiations with lenders for sanctions and approvals.
- Manage consortium lending, multiple banking arrangements, and structured finance transactions.

Project Finance & Debt Syndication





- Structure and execute Project Finance and Debt Syndication transactions.
- Arrange funding through Term Loans, Working Capital, CAPEX Funding, Structured Finance, ECB, and other debt products.
- Review financial models, project reports, CMA data, TEV reports, and credit proposals.
- Ensure timely execution from mandate to sanction, documentation, and disbursement.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead and mentor the Project Finance team.
- Set business goals and monitor team performance.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and client-focused culture.

Strategic Leadership

- Work closely with senior management to develop long-term business strategies.
- Represent the organization at meetings with banks, corporates, investors, and industry forums.
- Contribute to strengthening the firm's market presence and business expansion.

Qualifications

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
- 1520 years of experience in:
- Project Finance
- Corporate Banking
- Debt Syndication
- Working Capital Finance
- Financial Advisory
- Large Corporate Relationship Management
