Role & responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end execution of warranty orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Arrange and coordinate inspections with Railway, third-party, and private customer inspection officers.
- Ensure availability of inspection documents, test reports, and quality records.
- Resolve inspection observations and ensure timely order execution.
- Visit customer sites for installation support, troubleshooting, warranty services, and technical assistance as required.
- Prepare service reports, warranty records, and execution documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for warranty claims, service activities, and order closure.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Should have positive understanding & experience in Warranty & Contract Execution
- Experience with Order Management & Coordination with railway products or industry
- Documentation & Report Preparation
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
