Role & responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground market surveys to identify available units.
- Research vacant and sale-ready properties.
- Collect ownership, location, and property details.
- Build and maintain a database of potential land opportunities.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and the internal leasing team.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate field surveying, property scouting, business development, or channel sales.
- Good understanding of Gurgaon retail and commercial real estate markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.Comfortable with extensive field travel and meeting property owners.
- Ability to use Google Maps, MS Excel, and basic mobile applications for data collection.
- Robust observation skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
