Tendering & Business Development

Industry: EPC | Building Construction

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Search and track relevant tenders on CPPP, State e-Procurement, PSU, and private tender portals.
- Review tender documents (RFP/RFQ/NIT), technical eligibility, PQ criteria, turnover requirements, and past project experience.
- Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate EMD, Bank Guarantees (BG), Demand Drafts, Tender Fees, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure timely and error-free online bid submissions.
- Monitor post-bid activities including technical evaluation, price bid opening, reverse auctions, LOIs, and Purchase Orders.
- Handle vendor registration and empanelment on government and private procurement portals.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and procurement authorities throughout the tender lifecycle.
- Mandatory Skills





- Strong experience in Government & Private EPC Tendering
- Hands-on experience with CPPP, PSU, and State e-Procurement Portals
- Knowledge of technical bid preparation, commercial bids, compliance documents, BG/EMD process
- Excellent understanding of EPC Building Construction tenders
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF editing tools, and official email communication
- Robust analytical, documentation, and coordination skills

Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:

- Government EPC Building Projects
- Commercial Buildings
- High-Rise Residential Projects
- Hotels & Resorts
- Institutional Buildings
- Office Buildings
- Industrial Buildings
