About the Role We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Manager with a B E Civil Engineering background preferably a female candidate to oversee and coordinate architectural and 3D visualization projects from inception to final delivery The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning organizing and tracking the workflow between internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring timely and effective delivery of project objectives Key Responsibilities Coordinate between design 3D visualization and post-production teams to ensure project milestones are met Develop and maintain detailed project schedules delivery timelines and status reports Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding project updates clarifications and feedback Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards Assist in preparing project documentation including scope timelines and delivery trackers Monitor resource allocation and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline Support the technical and creative teams in interpreting client briefs and architectural specifications Conduct regular internal review meetings to track progress and resolve operational challenges Ensure smooth coordination between multiple departments and vendors involved in the delivery chain Maintain accurate and organized project records for reporting and audit purposes Escalate issues when necessary and work closely with senior leadership to meet strategic goals Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
