Job Title Plant Head Location Kandla Gujarat Employment Type Full-time CTC Up to 20 LPA Experience Required Minimum 8 Years in a Managerial Role Age Preference 35-45 Years Gender Preference Male Only Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Plant Head to lead operations at our Kandla-based manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will oversee production processing packaging and machinery operations while ensuring efficiency quality and cost control Prior experience in the rice industry or agri food processing sector will be considered a strong advantage Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily plant operations across production packaging and processing departments Ensure high levels of productivity quality and on-time dispatch Increase operational efficiency and optimize asset utilization Maintain strict compliance with plant safety protocols Monitor production schedules adjust workflows and ensure customer timelines are met Track and analyze key performance indicators KPIs productivity and performance metrics Budget planning and cost control manage expenses and identify cost-reduction initiatives Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes Supervise and coach plant staff to ensure performance accountability and safety Ensure compliance with statutory quality and food safety standards Required Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s Degree Engineering or related field preferred MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred Experience Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in plant or operations leadership Prior experience in food processing agri-processing or rice industry is highly desirable Proven success as a Plant Manager Operations Head or similar leadership role Skills Knowledge Strong understanding of budgeting production planning and resource allocation Excellent knowledge of plant machinery safety procedures and compliance standards Proficient in MS Office especially Excel Word Strong leadership problem-solving and team management skills Fluent in English and Hindi Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 1 900 000 00 - 2 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
