We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student leads counselling aspirants and converting enquiries into successful admissions Key Responsibilities Call and manage leads provided by the marketing team Classify leads into positive negative and follow-up categories Conduct detailed counselling for courses such as MBBS MD MS MTTM and MBA Handle student and parent queries objections and concerns professionally Ensure high conversion rates through effective follow-ups Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and conversions in CRM or lead management systems Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding of students Stay updated on admission procedures eligibility criteria and partner college offerings Achieve individual and team admission targets Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counselling education sales or academic consultancy Proven expertise in objection handling and sales conversions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid ability to build trust with students and parents Target-driven mindset with ethical counselling practices Good organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable with telecalling WhatsApp and email communication Experience in medical or higher education counselling is a strong advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
