Key Responsibilities B Arch M Arch with 3 4 years experience in Govt Building Projects Must be willing to travel to sites in different parts of Assam and Sikkim for our Projects Client Consultation Meet with clients to understand needs budget and vision for the project Design Planning Develop concepts create detailed drawings blueprints and use CAD software like AutoCAD Revit to visualize spaces in 3D Project Management Oversee projects from start to finish managing timelines budgets and teams Technical Documentation Prepare specifications construction documents permits and reports Coordination Collaborate with engineers contractors and other construction professionals Site Supervision Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and regulations Compliance Ensure designs meet building codes safety regulations and environmental standards Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
