Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage our B2B sales channels on platforms like IndiaMART and Alibaba The role involves lead generation inquiry handling product listing management and supporting online sales growth Key Responsibilities Manage and update company product listings on IndiaMART Alibaba and other B2B portals Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and follow up to convert leads into orders Generate and qualify current leads from online platforms Maintain accurate records of inquiries quotes and orders in CRM or Excel Coordinate with sales production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quotations Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements for product visibility Prepare reports on inquiries conversions and sales performance Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain good client relationships Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 27 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
