About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Student Counselor with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the event management industry The counselor will guide prospective students in choosing suitable academic programs especially in the field of event management while supporting them through the entire admission journey This role demands a friendly personality with a passion for student welfare and career development Key Responsibilities Counsel students about career options especially in event management and help them choose the right course Handle admission inquiries via calls emails and walk-ins convert leads into confirmed admissions Conduct effective counseling sessions telephonic and face-to-face Explain course structures fee details scholarship options and future career prospects Maintain records of student follow-ups and interaction history Coordinate with internal teams to achieve admission and outreach targets Assist in organizing orientation sessions open house events and career guidance programs Address student concerns or grievances professionally and empathetically Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree Master s preferred in Education Psychology HR or related fields Prior experience in academic counseling or educational sales preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good awareness of the event management industry and current career opportunities in this field Ability to build rapport with students and parents Familiarity with MS Office CRM tools and digital communication platforms Comfortable with both English and Hindi regional language is a plus Preferred Traits Confident and persuasive communicator Empathetic and student-friendly Organized and target-oriented Passionate about education and career counseling Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced academic setting Compensation As per industry standards Performance-based incentives may apply Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
