Financial Reporting Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including balance sheets and income statements Month-End Year-End Close Manage and oversee the entire closing process coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial close Reconciliation and General Ledger Maintain the general ledger review journal entries and perform reconciliations for accounts and bank statements Compliance and Audits Ensure compliance with financial standards like GAAP assist with tax filings and audits and serve as a point of contact for external auditors Budgeting and Forecasting Assist with the creation of budgets and financial forecasts by analyzing historical data and identifying trends Process Improvement Evaluate and improve accounting systems procedures and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy Supervision Train mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff and bookkeepers Analysis Analyze financial information summarize financial status and provide variance analysis to management Accounts Management Manage accounts payable and receivable including verifying allocating posting and reconciling transactions Requirements and skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Several years of experience in a senior or supervisory accounting role Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks and strong skills in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 8 years Required SAP 4 years Required Tally 5 years Required Work Location In person
