Position Plant Operator Hydrogen PSA Plant Contract 2 years Location Hosakote Karnataka Reporting to Plant Supervisor Plant Manager Salary Rs 23 000 To Rs 28 000 Experience 2 to 4 years preferred in Oil Gas Key Responsibilities Operate monitor and control the PSA hydrogen plant equipment and processes as per standard operating procedures SOP Start-up shutdown and protected operation of hydrogen generation purification compression systems Monitor process parameters temperatures pressures flow-rates gas purity alarms safety systems and record operations logs Perform routine maintenance cleaning and inspections of plant equipment valves instruments coordinate with maintenance crew Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards enforce PPE and safety protocols Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance engineering for repairs and preventive maintenance Assist in shift handover maintain accurate logs communicate any deviations unusual events Follow all company policies HSE Health Safety Environment procedures emergency response protocols Qualifications Experience Minimum ITI Diploma Mechanical Chemical Electrical or equivalent Familiarity with industrial safety norms basic instrumentation mechanical understanding Contract Terms Tenure 2-year fixed-term contract renewal extension depending on performance requirement Working hours shifts As per plant staffing may include rotating shifts standby weekend or overtime per plant demand Reporting responsibilities as per the Plant Supervisor Engineer in charge Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 24 months Pay 23 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
