Job Title Tower Crane Supervisor Location Dubai Industry Construction We are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Supervisor to oversee tower crane operations on-site The ideal candidate will manage crane operators ensure safe and efficient lifting operations and maintain compliance with project schedules quality standards and safety regulations Requirements 3-4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory Proven experience supervising tower crane operations Robust knowledge of crane operation rigging lifting plans and site logistics Ability to read and interpret lifting drawings and site layouts Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills Knowledge of construction safety standards and crane operation regulations Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols Key Responsibilities Supervise daily tower crane operations and lifting activities Assign tasks and monitor performance of crane operators and rigging teams Ensure all lifting works comply with project drawings plans and safety standards Coordinate with site engineers project managers and other trades Inspect cranes and lifting equipment for safety and proper functioning Maintain records of crane operations inspections and maintenance Enforce safety protocols and report any site incidents or issues Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 97 138 00 - 121 422 00 per month
