Junior Architect Key Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural designs layouts and working drawings using AutoCAD Revit and other design software Support senior architects in preparing concept schematic and detailed design presentations Coordinate with structural MEP and interior design teams to integrate design requirements Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution Prepare 3D models renders and presentations for client meetings Assist in preparing BOQs tender documents and material specifications Research materials finishes and building codes applicable to projects Maintain and update project documentation drawings and revisions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution Registration with COA Council of Architecture preferred 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and detailing Skills Competencies Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Lumion and Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of architectural detailing materials and construction methods Good visualization design sense and presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay From 20 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
