Solar EPC Industry Profile - CA Qualification - CA Salary - Upto 15 Lac CTC Experience - Min 2 year in Solar EPC industry responsible for end-to-end financial operations statutory and ROC compliance banking taxation project accounting and financial reporting while effectively managing a finance team Location - Ahmedabad Guj Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards IND AS IFRS Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Ensure proper accounting of EPC project costs overheads and revenue recognition as per applicable standards Project Costing Accounting Maintain project-wise costing and budget control systems Track and monitor actual vs budgeted expenses and report variances Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate forecasting and WIP Work in Progress accounting Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability Banking Treasury Operations Manage relationships with banks for fund-based and non-fund-based limits CC OD BG LC Monitor daily cash flows fund requirements and debt servicing obligations Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and efficient fund utilization ROC Secretarial Compliance Ensure timely filings under Companies Act ROC filings such as AOC-4 MGT-7 etc Coordinate with Company Secretary for AGM Board Meeting documentation and other statutory compliance Assist in maintaining statutory registers and company records Statutory Internal Compliance Ensure timely filing and compliance with statutory obligations - GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI etc Coordinate with internal statutory and tax auditors and manage audit processes Monitor compliance with FEMA Companies Act and other applicable laws Taxation Direct Indirect Handle GST TDS and Income Tax calculations returns reconciliations and audits Manage tax assessments appeals and litigation if any Ensure proper tax planning and compliance with changing tax laws MIS Financial Analysis Generate regular MIS reports on project performance profitability and cost analysis Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights Track KPIs working capital metrics and financial health indicators Team Leadership Development Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance executives Delegate tasks review team performance and provide training and development Establish SOPs and improve accounting and finance processes Coordinate with - (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay Up to 1 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
