Position Overview The Executive - Machine Maintenance is responsible for performing preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of machines used in manufacturing operations The role ensures machine uptime smooth functioning of mechanical electrical hydraulic systems and supports production by minimizing downtime The position requires hands-on troubleshooting skills adherence to safety standards and effective coordination with production quality and utility teams Key Responsibilities1 Machine Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines such as CNC VMC press machines compressors conveyors utility equipment etc Diagnose mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic faults Conduct repair replacement and adjustments of machine components Ensure quick response to machine breakdowns to reduce downtime 2 Preventive Predictive Maintenance Execute daily weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedules Follow machine checklists and ensure all PM tasks are completed on time Monitor machine performance and identify early warning signs of failure Maintain lubrication schedules and cleaning of equipment 3 Equipment Spare Parts Management Maintain records of spare parts consumption and raise requisitions on time Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid production stoppages Maintain tools measuring instruments and maintenance equipment 4 Safety Compliance Follow electrical and mechanical safety procedures during maintenance Ensure machines meet safety standards including guards interlocks and emergency stops Support safety audits LOTO Lockout-Tagout and risk assessments Maintain 5S in the maintenance area 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain breakdown logs PM reports checklists and spare parts usage records Update maintenance activities in ERP CMMS or manual tracking system Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce failures 6 Production Support Coordinate with production supervisors during maintenance activities Assist in machine setup alignment and calibration Support trials new machine installation and commissioning 7 Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to reduce breakdown frequency and increase machine uptime Support Kaizen 5S TPM and lean initiatives Suggest improvements in maintenance methods spare parts quality and reliability Qualifications Experience Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or Maintenance Engineering 2-5 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance manufacturing industry Knowledge of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems Experience in handling industrial machines utilities and safety procedures Skills Competencies Strong troubleshooting and technical skills Understanding of maintenance tools and measuring instruments Ability to read mechanical electrical drawings Valuable communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of TPM 5S and safety standards Ability to work under pressure and handle breakdowns efficiently Vacancies 02 Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month Industry Manufacturing Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
