Projects and Development Services Position Overview The Senior Project Lead drives successful delivery of complex real estate development and construction projects from initiation through completion This role requires strategic oversight of multi-disciplinary teams stakeholder management and ensuring projects meet quality schedule and budget objectives while maintaining JLL s standards of excellence Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Management Lead cross-functional project teams including architects engineers contractors and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles Develop comprehensive project plans establish clear deliverables and maintain accountability for scope schedule and budget performance Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients municipal authorities consultants and vendors to ensure seamless project execution Strategic Planning Execution Drive project strategy development from feasibility through delivery including risk assessment resource planning and milestone tracking Establish project governance frameworks and implement best practices for project delivery Monitor market conditions and regulatory requirements that may impact project outcomes Financial Commercial Management Oversee project budgets ranging from initial estimates through final reconciliation Track costs manage change orders and ensure financial controls are maintained throughout project phases Collaborate with finance teams on cash flow management and reporting requirements Interface with JDE systems for project accounting and financial tracking Quality Risk Management Implement quality assurance protocols and conduct regular project reviews to ensure deliverables meet established standards Identify assess and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and JLL policies throughout project execution Client Stakeholder Relations Serve as primary client contact for project communications and relationship management Present project updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders Manage expectations and resolve conflicts while maintaining strong professional relationships across all project participants Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field 7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate development or construction Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at 10M with multiple stakeholders and complex scope requirements Technical Skills Proficiency with project management software JDE enterprise systems and Microsoft Office suite Strong understanding of construction processes permitting requirements and real estate development principles PMP certification preferred Experience with design-build and traditional delivery methods Core Competencies Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards 10 years of experience in Construction management Similar IPC experience is an added advantage If this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you don t meet all of the requirements below We re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental physical and emotional health About JLL -
